All South African pilgrims must register through the official Nusuk Hajj Platform. KAPS provides step-by-step assistance to make this process simple:
- Create your Nusuk profile: Learn how to register online and complete your personal details.
- Select your Hajj package: Choose a package that suits your needs, guided by KAPS expertise.
- Track application and approvals: KAPS supports pilgrims to ensure all documents and approvals are submitted correctly.

Hajj Packages and Services
KAPS offers a range of Hajj packages designed to meet the needs of every pilgrim:
- Standard Packages: Most basic and affordable option with 3* or 4* accomodation further from Haram.
- Standard Shifting Package: Still standard but means shifting accomodation. Pilgrims stay in one location before Hajj. Then move closer to the Haram or Mina area during the core Hajj days.
- Premium Packages: Offers upgraded hotels and improved services.
- Premium Shifting Package: Premium-level comfort but includes shifting accommodation – e.g.: stay in Madinah first, then move to Makkah, then to Mina/Arafat. Thus, flexible logistics and smoother movement for rituals.
- Luxury Packages: 5-star hotels close to Haram
- Luxury Shifting Package: Includes, combining luxury hotels with shifting convenience. Often includes a stay in Madinah before Makkah and near-Mina access during Hajj.
All packages include:
- Accommodation and transport in Saudi Arabia
- Guided support and mentorship throughout Hajj
- Spiritual guidance for rituals, prayers, and Sunnah practices
